Give a new Lagos delivery business a real product to launch on: customers book with a fair price up front and an account to track it from, riders sign up and get properly verified, and staff run dispatch from an admin dashboard instead of a phone and a spreadsheet.

A customer app with address search and a distance-based fare estimate, a rider app that collects ID and guarantor details for review, and an admin dashboard where staff approve riders and assign deliveries. Real accounts with hashed passwords and encrypted personal data, running on Cloudflare Pages, Functions and D1.

Riders hand over NIN numbers, home addresses and guarantor details, so each of those fields is encrypted on its own (AES-GCM) before it reaches the database. Login still has to find a user by phone number, so the app looks people up by a keyed fingerprint of the number instead of storing it in plain text. With no SMS provider yet, password-reset codes go to the owner's Telegram for checking.

A luxury short-let you can view and book in one place.

Give a serviced apartment in Lekki its own booking website, so guests can see every room, check dates and book directly instead of going through agents.

A dark, glass-style site with a photo gallery and lightbox, an Instagram walkthrough video, an interactive floor plan that shows each room, a Lekki area guide and FAQs. Guests pick dates, see the full price (with a 5+ night discount) in naira, dollars, pounds or euros, enter their details and send a booking request. A Cloudflare backend checks availability and stores bookings.

Guests see prices in four currencies, but Paystack only charges in naira, so the booking always carries a separate naira total that is the amount actually billed. The backend also checks for overlapping stays before saving a booking, so the same dates can never be booked twice.

Lagos rentals without the roadside-agent surprises.

Make renting in Lagos less risky: show the whole move-in bill before anyone pays, let tenants book a free inspection, and put a real person on the other end of the chat.

A single-page rentals site with searchable house listings, an itemised all-in cost on every listing, an inspection booking form, a landlord listing form with photo upload, and a map. BetaBot live chat relays to the owner on Telegram through a Cloudflare Worker, with a WhatsApp hand-off.

The site is one HTML file with no team behind it, but visitors needed to reach a real person. A small Cloudflare Worker relays each chat to the owner's Telegram and routes the replies back to the right visitor; inspection bookings and landlord listings arrive the same way. I also removed claims the site couldn't back up - star ratings, 'verified' badges, a fake 'just verified' alert - so a badge only appears when a home has actually been checked.

Give Nigerians a safe place to ask for help and pay for it: requests with a bounty held in escrow, real people responding, and chat in the languages people actually use.

A single-page web app with a bounty board and escrow flow, 17 themed chat rooms, live voice stages, direct messages, a Pidgin-speaking AI assistant (Bros AI), street-cred levels that lower fees, and diaspora tools with official exchange rates. The interface works in English, Pidgin, Yorùbá, Igbo and Hausa. It is in early access: the wallet uses demo credits and no real money moves yet.

Money is held until a job is done, so every balance change is a ledger entry written on the server, never a number the browser can edit. Holding real money needs a licensed payment partner and legal review, so the wallet runs on demo credits and the Paystack integration has only been tested against a mock. Voice stages use peer-to-peer WebRTC audio, which works on Wi-Fi but needs a TURN relay before it is reliable on mobile data.

A progressive web app with a match list by date, league tables, team pages, favourites, and a predictions game with a leaderboard. Match data comes from API-Football, with team profiles from TheSportsDB.

The first version made about 42 calls to a free, shared API on every page load, so scores went stale and fixtures went missing on busy days. I rebuilt it around one all-leagues call per date, cached in a database - kept for seconds while games are live and longer when they're not - and it serves the last good copy if the provider fails. That keeps the site inside a free plan of 100 requests a day.

A role-based app for customers, workers, employers and admins: 74 professions, verification levels, bookings with a 4-digit start code, payment held before work starts and released automatically 48 hours after, in-app calls that keep phone numbers private, a panic button and an admin console. Personal data is encrypted in the database.

Letting strangers into your home takes trust, so the rules are strict: badges only for checks that really happened, no paid ranking, and payment held before work starts. Real phones were the other hard part - the first version lagged on Android and iPhone, so phones now get a lighter build with no blur effects or background animations, and an installed app checks for updates on its own so nobody gets stuck on an old version.

Turn the quiz-show format into something Nigerian: local questions, a host who reads them aloud, and a weekly prize that is decided fairly.

A single-page game with five modes (Classic, Sprint, Daily, Practice and Weekly Ranked), four lifelines, four colour themes and a talking host with Proper or Pidgin styles. The weekly ranked mode runs on a Cloudflare Worker with KV storage.

A weekly cash prize only works if it can't be cheated, so ranked questions never reach the browser: a Cloudflare Worker holds the answers, sends one question at a time and times every answer itself. Players also said the game felt slow. The cause was the host's animations, not loading, so I added a quick mode and cut the dead time per question from 10.3 to 3.1 seconds.

Make a word game that feels Nigerian: everyday words, hints in plain Naija, and a reason to come back every day.

A static PWA with a campaign mode, a shared daily puzzle, a weekly Marathon and category play. The word bank lives in Google Sheets, so new words go live without a redeploy, and a small script drafts the weekly winner announcement.

The game started on GitHub Pages with its word bank in a Google Sheet. Moving it into Naija Arcade would have wiped existing players' streaks, so the old address now passes their saved progress across in the link and the arcade imports it. The weekly prize board also needed rules that are hard to game: 15 hard words per run and a score cap.

Bring the feel of GamePigeon archery to any phone browser, so friends can play turn by turn over WhatsApp without installing anything.

A single-page archery game with a drifting crosshair, 2D wind, a chase camera that follows the arrow, and match play in sets (first to 6 points). Friend matches run on a small Cloudflare server that keeps turns in order and shares them by WhatsApp link.

It had to feel like the iMessage archery game people already know. I studied screen recordings frame by frame, then tuned the drifting crosshair and the wind with a simulator until a realistic player averages about 7 points an arrow. Trees and sky are drawn once and reused, so it stays smooth on budget Android phones.

Build a phone pool game with physics accurate enough that the aiming guide never lies, and a career that feels like hustling through real Lagos spots.

A custom physics engine (sliding to rolling friction, spin off the cushions, exact ball contact), computer opponents that simulate shots before taking them, 150 trick-shot stages that were each solved by computer before shipping, and live 1v1 over the network.

The aiming guide has to show exactly where the ball will go. I rewrote ball collisions to find the precise moment of contact, which brought the guide's error down to zero. The computer opponent plans its shots in a background Web Worker so the game never freezes while it thinks, and all 150 trick-shot stages were checked by the computer to be solvable before they shipped.

It is a real 3D scene (Three.js with a glow effect) running in a phone browser, so the hard part was keeping it smooth on budget Android phones while the chain, the shots and the bosses all move at once. Pause & Rewind lets a player wind the chain back after a mistake, so the chain's movement has to run in both directions.

It replaced an earlier block game that lagged on Android, so it was built as a light 2D canvas game from the start. Every level is generated from a number (a seed), which gives unlimited levels and means two players in a live match get exactly the same wall. Live matches run on Cloudflare Durable Objects, which also cap scores so a tampered browser can't post an impossible one.

A mobile-first PWA that runs entirely on the device: a workout player with timers, voice cues and exercise photos, weekly plans, 30-day challenges, a meal diary with Nigerian meal plans, calculators and progress charts.

Web browsers have no built-in step counter. My first version counted hand swings as steps. The fix was to read the phone's motion sensor including gravity, with a threshold that adapts to how the person walks, and to keep the screen awake while tracking.

Give the games a single, shareable home so players can discover them, keep favourites and jump straight in.

A glass-style PWA where each game is one entry in a data file, so adding a game means adding a screenshot and a few lines. It includes search, favourites, a Surprise me button, a continue-playing row, WhatsApp sharing and deep links to each game.

Eight games share one website, and each keeps its own offline copy. If one game's clean-up deleted another game's files, that game broke offline, so each game now clears only its own files. I tested it with the network switched off: after one online visit, the home page and the games still load.
